How do I set up my topper?
Why doesn’t the mattress topper appear to be the full size (number of inches) expected?
Foam products take time to expand to their full size after being roll-packed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours in a well-ventilated room for the mattress topper to recover to its full size.
How do I wash my topper?
Our mattress toppers do not come with a removable cover. To wash, spot-clean with cool-to-warm water and mild soap or detergent.
Why is there an odor coming from the mattress topper?
If you notice a slight odor coming from your mattress topper, it is perfectly normal. New foam products may have a scent similar to a “new car” smell, but it should dissipate within 48 hours. Craft & Trade™ foam products meet all requirements for CertiPUR-US® certification, including:
- Made without ozone depleters
- Made without PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants
- Made without mercury, lead, or other heavy metals
- Made without formaldehyde
