Why does my new product have an odor?
If you notice a slight odor coming from your foam product, it is
perfectly normal. New foam products may have a scent similar to a "new
car" smell, but it should dissipate within 48 hours. Craft & Trade™
foam products meet all requirements for CertiPUR-US® certification,
including:
- Made without ozone depleters
- Made without PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP ("Tris") flame retardants
- Made without mercury, lead, or other heavy metals
- Made without formaldehyde
- Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
- Low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)

What type of frame can this mattress be used on?
Craft & Trade mattresses are compatible with adjustable bases, frames with slats or a box spring.
Why doesn’t the mattress appear to be the full size (number of inches) expected?
Foam products take time to expand to their full size after being roll-packed. Please allow 24 to 48 hours in a well-ventilated room for the mattress to recover to its full size.
How do I clean my Craft & Trade™ mattress?
Craft & Trade™ mattresses have a cover that is both easy to spot-clean and durable. To spot-clean your mattress cover, simply use cool-to-warm water with mild soap or detergent – do not bleach.
What is the material content of the mattress covers?
Craft & Trade mattress covers are made with 100% soft-knit polyester.

Why doesn't the pillow appear to be the full size expected?
Foam products take time to expand to their full size after being removed from their packaging. Please allow one to two hours in a well-ventilated room for the pillow to recover its full size.
How do I care for my my pillow?
Craft & Trade™ pillows have a removable cover that is both durable and washable. To clean the cover, machine-wash cold and tumble-dry low.
Note: The foam pillow itself is not washable.
